The Magistrate of Metropolitan Court 15 in criminal case 3326/99 is informed to issue summon notices to Mr. Jatin Jalundhwala and the officials of GTB are called upon for their documentary evidences , their statements and the accused is given chance to crossexamine them without any further delay.
