Your Excellency,

I am enclosing copy of e mail to The Honorable Chief Justice of Gujarat High Court yesterday once again to you. As I am a whistleblower to banking fraud and have full convictions in the matter I persist THAT YOU look into the matter in case you really want to save the country .

I shall be brief so that you can issue necessary instructions in this regard as under:-

1. Mr. Sushil Handa of Core HealthCare who has been called great bank robber defrauding banks etc to the extent of Rs 750 crores is also involved in banking fraud involving Global Trust Bank from where Core Health Care has taken Rs 12..5 crores. Kindly issue .......

2. Necessary instruction needed need to be issued to the Chief Justice of Gujarat High Court by sending email to examine the matter in depth in view of my letter addressed to him and annexed herewith and my earlier correspondence addressed to the Chief Justice .


3. Kindly advise the Chief Minister of Gujarat by your special instruction to him forthwith to look into the matter and ........

You only have ..... as this personal message would reach to thousand Indians because of inefficiency , ineffectiveness and negliegence existing in the country bureaucrats who protect the great bank robbers with help of advocates like Saurabh Soparkar and the honorable lordships of Gujarat High Court and even the letter addressed in the past to Chief Justice of Supreme Court of India - Mr. V. N.Khare has not made any difference.

This would ultimately tarnish your image beyond repair.

As the time has been insufficient to apprise the situation , I shall send further EMAIL LATER.

THE WINDRESSING OF RESERVE BANK OF INDIA TO SHIELD GLOBAL TRUST BANK WOULD ULTIMATELY SET AN EXAMPLE TO THE TOP MANAGEMENT OF OTHER BANKS THAT THE TOP LEADERS WOULD SAVE THEM ANYWAY.

YOUR EXCELLENCY, in case you care for children and the masses of the country , stop ceasing to be rubber stamp President anymore the way you handled sacking of the Governors , the way you permitted tainted ministers being appointed. I am writing to you , because I care for you . I do not want your image is wiped off. You are hope for the masses to set VALUE AND ETHICS standards IN THE COUNTRY .
